1. Who will be the prospective users?
Haeuei Projects & Specialty Tints Division (PST-Div) is designed to serve small businesses. Very often, tinters encounter special queries for less-popular VLTs, color shades, heat reduction from consumers or need a low-cost economical solution for a particular project because of cost concerns. Please check with us for these special needs and we are here to help.
This service is not available for local/domestic sales or end-user consumers.
2. Background: Who we are
Established since 1980, Haeuei Enterprise is an integrated window films distribution house, providing a wide spectrum of value added services for retailers of our trade. Our services include brand management, film processing, testing & quality control and consultancy. PST-Div is our commitment to provide similar competitive edge to small business in our trade. Our team of experienced staff are trained to swiftly identify similar products or recommend better alternatives for customers.
3. Minimum Order & Roll Size
The standard roll size of our industry is either 5ft x 100ft or 1.52m x 30m. The minimum order quantity is 1 roll. From our past experience, the most economic courier rate applies for 5 or more rolls.
4. Where are the tints from?
To enjoy the best price, our products are purchased under private label terms in which we are obliged to avoid disclosing the manufacturer as part of our non-disclosure agreement. At this moment, we are working with US, Korean and Japanese manufacturers.
Please note that the films offered by PST-Div are not meant for long-term supply. The mission of PST-Div is to assist tinting companies to secure special tinting orders on adhoc basis. We have 3 primary sources for these good quality discounted tints:
- Excess tints from mega projects
- Excess tints from manufacturers
- Discontinued models from distributors
5. Warranty, Samples & Risk Management
We will negotiate with suppliers for the best price on your behalf. To secure the best prices, PST-Div products are sold without warranty and no return/refund will be allowed.
93% of the orders fulfilled by PST-Div are between 3-10 rolls. If buyers are concerned about purchasing larger quantities, buyers can manage the risk by placing a small order before purchasing the rest. Please contact our Export Department at info@haeuei.com if you require larger quantity or regular products.

7. Limitations of this Service
- PST-Div aims to serve smaller orders from buyer (usually below 10 rolls), larger purchases will be referred to our Export department (info@haeuei.com)
- PST-Div is not able to supply any product for long-term as these are mainly production excess or discontinued items
- No return/refund/exchange
8. Shipping Costs
All prices quote are based on FOB Singapore warehouse. To make your purchase economical and hassle-free, we do provide attractive air-courier rates (Door-to-door) for your reference. Alternatively, we also welcome buyers to appoint their couriers or shippers (for ocean freight) to collect the cargo from us directly. Please kindly note that buyers are liable for the taxes in their country.
