Product Technology

There are four main types of technologies among our window films products. Hybrids are made by applying two different technologies to harness the different strengths.

Sputtering

Sputtering is the most innovative technology in the window films industry. Atoms from various precious metals are charged and deposited on the film substrate during sputtering. Sputtered films offers excellent solar control properties with unique colors.

Vacuum Depositing

Vacuum Depositing is commonly known as metallizing, Vacuum Depositing represents the most popular method to economically product reflective window films. The end-product offers a high level of heat reduction and reflective aesthetics.

Color Polyester

Color Polyester are original colored polyester resins are used to create longer lasting anti-fading properties as compared to conventional color-adhesive production method. A wide variety of color can be produced for privacy and decorative purposes.

IR Coating

IR Films offers a clear, high visible light transmission and heat reduction properties. These films are used in situations when transmission devices are affected by the metallized films.

Subgroups/Hybrid:

• Multi-Layered Sputtering
Multi-Layered Sputtering aims to gives maximum optical light transmission while retaining the high heat reduction properties. Therefore individual light coating of precious metals are applied repeatedly until the desired result is achieved.

• Neutralized Sputtering
Non-reflective coatings are added to Sputtered films on either or all sides to minimize the reflectivity of the film.

• Vacuum Depositing & Sputtering
This combination aims to produce a highly reflective window films of various natural metallized tones which gives a higher heat reduction than pure Vacuum Deposited films of similar visible light transmission.

• Vacuum Depositing & Neutralized Sputtering
Applying Vacuum Depositing with Neutralized Sputtering offer a greater variety of colors and appearance than the Vaccum Depositing & Sputtering hybrid.

• Vacuum Depositing & Color Polyester
An popular method to create reflective films of different colors while retaining the heat reduction properties of Vacuum Depositing.
